When you request early access, a site analysis, or a demo, ArraySignal collects the contact, company, and request details you submit, your consent selections, and basic attribution such as the landing page, referrer, and UTM campaign values when they are available.
How we use it
We use this information to review, process, and respond to your request, maintain accurate request records, understand campaign performance, and protect the request flow. We send marketing or news updates only when you separately opt in.
Your choices
Request-processing acknowledgment is separate from optional marketing consent. You may withdraw marketing consent or ask to access, correct, or delete your submitted information by emailing [email protected].
Storage and retention
Request data is stored in systems used to operate ArraySignal and retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping.
